Timeline for Annual Check-Ins

Annual Check-In due dates are based on the yearly anniversary of the studies original approval date. Approximately 30 days prior to this anniversary date, the study team will receive a task in eIRB to complete the annual check-in. The task will persist until the annual check-in has been completed.

If the annual check-in is not completed for three consecutive years, the study will auto-close in eIRB.
