Penn IRB Customer Service Survey
The Penn Institutional Review Board (IRB) is distributing a customer service survey to seek feedback from the Penn research community on IRB processes and our website.
We ask that the research community please provide honest feedbackabout your recent experiences interacting with IRB staff and accessing IRB guidance within the past year.
The survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete. The data will be used for benchmarking and to improve IRB operations.

NOTE: This survey does not seek feedback on the HSERA submission system, given the plan for replacement with eIRB later this year. The IRB office is aware of the issues with the HSERA submissions system. For more information on eIRB please see: https://irb.upenn.edu/
