New University Research Records Retention Schedules have been published on the Library and Archives website. 

 

Schedules relevant to human research include: 

• Grants and Sponsored Research Files if your research is sponsored a grant or contract

• Clinical Trial Research and Investigational Drugs records if your research involves interventional and observational clinical research conducted at Penn. 

• Medical Device Research if your research involves researching a medical device

• Human Research/IRB Records applies to all other human research
