Penn IRB | Events for February 22, 2025

Mon February 2:
Submit all draft submissions in HSERA that you will need access to in Penn eIRB. Submissions left in draft form in HSERA will not be migrated to the new eIRB system.

Tues February 3:
HSERA will be View Only starting at 7pm. HSERA will be View Only for one year.

Tues February 3 (7pm)- Mon February 9 (11am):
Online submissions will be paused in preparation for the launch of the new system. If you have any rush requests during this time period, please contact the IRB.

Mon February 9 (11am):
Penn eIRB launches! Our website will be updated with guidance around the submission process.
